Process & Timeline

How long does an audit take?
Most audits are delivered within 5–10 business days from the time we have access to your product. Rush delivery is available for time-sensitive launches — contact us to discuss options.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Just a URL and any test credentials needed to access your product (staging or production). We don't need codebase access, internal tools, or admin permissions — we audit your product the way a real user would.
Do you sign NDAs?
We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before starting any engagement. Just let us know when you reach out and we'll send one over immediately.
Can I communicate with the auditor during the engagement?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you'll have a point of contact you can reach by email throughout the engagement. If we encounter anything unclear or need clarification, we'll reach out proactively rather than guessing.
What happens after the report is delivered?
You receive the full report and have 14 days to ask questions, request clarifications, or flag anything you'd like us to revisit. We don't disappear after delivery.

Audit Reports

What format is the audit report?
Reports are delivered as a structured PDF and/or Notion document with findings categorized by severity (critical, major, minor), annotated screenshots, step-by-step reproduction instructions, and specific recommendations prioritized by impact. Every issue tells you not just what is wrong, but exactly how to fix it.
How are findings prioritized?
Every finding is assigned a severity level (critical, major, or minor) and an estimated effort to fix (low, medium, high). We then produce a prioritized fix queue so your team immediately knows what to tackle first for maximum impact.
Do you include screenshots and screen recordings?
Yes. All QA and UX findings are supported by annotated screenshots. For complex interaction bugs, we include screen recordings that reproduce the issue step by step. You'll never have to guess what we're referring to.
Can I share the report with my team or investors?
Absolutely. The report is yours to share however you see fit — internally with your engineering, design, or product teams, or externally with investors, clients, or advisors. Many teams include audit reports in due diligence packages.

Pricing & Billing

How does payment work?
Payment is collected upfront via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Once payment is confirmed, we begin the audit within 1–2 business days. There are no subscriptions, hidden fees, or recurring charges.
Do you offer refunds?
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with the audit for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — whether that means a revision, partial credit, or a full refund depending on the situation.
Can I order multiple audits or a bundle?
Yes. Our bundles (Essential, Professional, Complete) combine multiple audit types at a significant discount and deliver a single unified cross-category report — which is more valuable than separate reports because findings across QA, UX, and CRO are often connected. You can also order individual audits and combine them yourself.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?
We don't have a standard discount program, but if budget is a genuine constraint, reach out and describe your situation. We've worked with early-stage startups and non-profits on custom arrangements — we evaluate case by case.

QA Audits

What does a QA audit cover?
A QA audit systematically tests your product for functional bugs, broken flows, cross-browser and cross-device issues, error state handling, edge cases, and regression issues. We test the way a real user would — not just happy paths — including error recovery, unusual inputs, and interrupted flows.
Do you do automated testing?
Our QA audits are manual, human-led reviews. Automated tests are excellent for regression coverage, but they can't replicate real user behavior, catch UX failures, or identify issues that only appear in specific device/browser/network combinations. We complement your existing automated tests, not replace them.
Which browsers and devices do you test on?
By default we test on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop; and on iOS Safari and Chrome for Android on mobile. We also cover tablet viewports. If your audience uses specific browsers, devices, or OS versions, let us know and we'll prioritize those.

UX, CRO & SEO Audits

How is a UX audit different from a usability test?
A UX audit is an expert heuristic evaluation — we analyze your product against established UX principles, conversion patterns, and accessibility standards. A usability test involves recruiting real users and observing them. Audits are faster, cheaper, and great for identifying structural UX problems. Usability tests are better for validating specific hypotheses with actual users. We recommend starting with an audit, then running targeted usability tests for the highest-priority questions it surfaces.
What does a CRO audit actually look at?
We analyze your entire conversion funnel — from landing page first impression through to completed purchase or sign-up. We examine value proposition clarity, CTA hierarchy, friction inventory, form usability, trust signals, mobile conversion paths, and copy effectiveness. Every finding comes with a hypothesis, evidence, estimated impact, and a specific recommendation.
Will SEO improvements actually move my rankings?
Technical SEO and Core Web Vitals are confirmed ranking signals for Google. We find issues that suppress rankings — indexation failures, JavaScript rendering problems, duplicate content, and performance problems — that are often invisible but actively costing you organic traffic. Our clients commonly see measurable ranking and traffic improvements within 2–3 months of implementing audit recommendations.
